Wauhatchie Woodlands was never meant to be just a place to stay. It was built for people who came for an adventure.
That adventure starts a short walk from your door at the animal area, our owner’s favorite part of the property. Say hello to the ducks, pigs, goats, bunnies, and chickens (who supply fresh eggs for our bed and breakfasts).
Feel free to pet everyone. One heads-up: the goats like to roam through poison ivy, so the oils can end up on their fur. Wash your hands afterward to be safe.
Just inside the entrance to Wauhatchie Woodlands, Sprout General Store is your stop for fresh coffee, late-night snacks, stay essentials, and souvenirs to take home.

At the center of the property, a goldfish pond sits surrounded by a stone patio with dining tables and café lights strung overhead. It’s a relaxing place to eat outdoors, with the sound of trickling water nearby, whether you’re having brunch with friends or dinner under the stars.

For your convenience, we’ve placed doggy poo bags strategically around the property to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please note that, for the safety of all guests, we kindly request that dogs remain leashed when outside. This ensures that both two-legged and four-legged visitors can enjoy their time at our rustic retreat.
