It is accessed via a drawbridge from the top of a large boulder protruding from the mountainside. The exterior is constructed from reclaimed materials, featuring 1860s barn wood, while the interior showcases aged beams, whitewashed plank walls, and floor-to-ceiling reclaimed iron windows that provide stunning views of the valley below.

The Elements treehouse is perched on a hillside overlooking Chattanooga Valley, enveloped in a canopy of leaves from a grove of 7 beech trees.
