Because of the traffic patterns of Cummings Highway, we recommend approaching Wauhatchie Woodlands from the east via Broad Street. This will allow you to make a right turn directly into the property.

  2. Merge onto I-75 South.
  3. Take Exit 2 to merge onto I-24 West toward Downtown Chattanooga.
  4. Take Exit 174 for US-11/US-41/Cummings Hwy toward Lookout Valley.
  5. Turn right onto Cummings Hwy (US-11/US-41).
  6. Continue approximately 2.5 miles; Wauhatchie Woodlands will be on your right.

From Atlanta, GA

  1. Take I-75 North toward Chattanooga.
  2. Near Chattanooga, take Exit 2 to merge onto I-24 West toward Downtown Chattanooga.
  3. Take Exit 174 for US-11/US-41/Cummings Hwy toward Lookout Valley.
  4. Turn right onto Cummings Hwy (US-11/US-41).
  5. Continue approximately 2.5 miles; Wauhatchie Woodlands will be on your right.

From Nashville, TN
