2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on March 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026.

All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible:

• employees of Timberroot Rustic Retreats
• immediate family members of those employees
• anyone involved in administering the promotion

Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

• submit their email address through an official Timberroot signup form or landing page during the Promotion Period, and
• complete any required signup fields.

Limit one entry per person and per email address unless otherwise stated.

Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or booking is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or booking will not increase the chances of winning.

6. The 10% Welcome Offer

As a thank-you for subscribing, eligible entrants will receive 10% off an eligible new direct booking, subject to the following terms:

• valid on new direct bookings only
• not valid on prior bookings
• not redeemable for cash
• may not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated
• subject to availability
• blackout dates may apply
• valid only for stays at eligible properties
• discount code delivery method: email

7. Sweepstakes Prize

One winner will receive:

One complimentary 1-night stay at a participating Timberroot property. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $280. Subject to availability and blackout dates.

Prize includes: room rate + cleaning fee and excludes taxes, travel, incidentals, add-ons.

Participating Properties
The Free Stay prize may be redeemed only at the following participating properties, subject to availability, blackout dates, and these Official Terms:

• Wauhatchie Woodlands
• Welcome Valley Village
• Riverview Inn
• Lookout Mountain Inn
• Escalante Canyon Inn
• The Inn of Escalante
• Tennessee Glamping – Center Hill Lake
• Tennessee Glamping – Savage Gulf

Properties not listed above are not eligible for prize redemption unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing.

Prize restrictions:

• subject to availability
• blackout dates apply and may vary
• winner must complete travel by 12 months of winning
• transportation is not included
• meals, incidentals, taxes, fees, and upgrades are not included unless specifically stated
• prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about December 31, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by email using the contact information provided at entry.

If the selected winner:

• does not respond within 5 days
• is found to be ineligible
• cannot accept the prize
• fails to complete required confirmation steps

then an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Prize Redemption

The free stay must be booked and used according to these conditions:

• booking window: within 180 days of winning
• stay window: 1 night
• blackout dates: major holiday weekends
• eligible properties
• max occupancy: 4
• subject to Timberroot’s standard guest policies

The stay must be booked directly through Timberroot.

11. Email Consent and Marketing Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Timberroot Rustic Retreats and understand that active email subscription status is required at the time of the drawing in order to be eligible to win. Participants may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before winner selection will void the entry.

Information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Timberroot’s Privacy Policy: https://timberroot.com/legal/privacy-policy/

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• late or failed entries
• technical malfunctions
• interrupted internet or platform service
• incorrect email addresses
• failed delivery of discount codes or winner notices due to user error or spam filtering

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Timberroot Rustic Retreats, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. Disputes / Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved in the courts located in Catousa County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
