What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I check in early or check out late?

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We can’t promise early check-in or late check-out, but let our Guest Services team know what you need ahead of time and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I get my door code or check-in instructions?

You’ll receive a boarding pass link by text and email after booking. Once your rental agreement is signed and ID verified, your door code arrives as your check-in date approaches.

Is there a deposit or security hold?

Guests under 21 or those living in the Greater Chattanooga area will see a refundable $200 deposit after booking. It will be returned so long as everything checks out at departure.

What’s the max occupancy?

It depends on the room type. King Rooms sleep 2, and the suite sleeps up to 4.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at Riverview Inn. You can bring 2 dogs under 50 pounds for a $35 pet fee. Check the specific room or suite listing for more details.

What’s available in each room?

King Rooms include a smart TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, coffee maker, and robes, plus a private balcony. The suite adds a couch and more space, sleeping up to 4. All towels and bathroom essentials are included, along with our custom Timberroot bath products, so you can pack a little lighter.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8:30–10:00 AM in the Skybox, with hot food options, a make-your-own waffle station, fresh fruit, and morning beverages.

Is there a pool or hot tub?

Yes, two shared hot tubs and a heated pool are available for use on site.

Is parking included?

Yes, there is parking in front of the inn, but it is limited.
