Love, Peace, and Burger Grease! Slick’s Burgers is a chill, industrial-style hangout built around a 1956 Spartan travel trailer food truck. With a background in fine dining, the co-owner sought to open a place where the customer could choose their culinary adventure. With lots of options to choose from such as the “Bacon n’ Blue” with crispy bacon, smothered with house blue cheese dressing or the “Fig-Goat-Bout-It” with housemade fig chutney, chevre, and balsamic reduction, their inventive burgers can be customized in every way. Want to choose something already made for you? Try one of their signature sandwiches to include a Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich or a lamb gyro.
