Welcome Valley Village has had the privilege of hosting many special events over the past few decades, providing a space for guests to create treasured memories and enjoy a beautiful setting for their celebrations. Our Event Venue is situated alongside the Ocoee River, near the border of Cherokee National Forest, making it an ideal choice for outdoor events with a rustic flare.

Our spacious covered pavilion, designed to host large groups for dining, dancing, ceremonies, and more, offers both shelter and open-air charm.

What Services Do You Offer?
We do not offer event planning services at this time; however, we happily allow external suppliers to work on our premises to support your event.

Are There Any Special Requirements?
We require a two night minimum booking for a special events.

What Does The Fee Include?
- Exclusive access for you and your guests to the entire property during your stay.
- Access to a limited number of outside daytime guests – those that might join the party or event but not stay overnight.
- Use of outside vendors for catering, music etc.
