Creek Crest comfortably sleeps 7-8 guests between two private bedrooms, an open loft, and a convertible futon. The cabin has a full kitchen, dining area, a screened porch with bench swing, a private fire pit, & an outdoor grill. The Jack&Jill bathroom is located between the 2 downstairs bedrooms.

cancellations
Your reservation may be canceled with a full refund up to 7 days prior to arrival. No-shows and cancellations within 7 days of your check-in date will be billed the entire reservation total.
pet policy
We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations under specific conditions. A $35 per stay pet fee applies and must be collected in advance of your stay. This fee allows for up to 2 pets, less than 50 lbs. each. As a guest of a Timberroot Rustic Retreat, you agree to adhere to the following policies.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Therefore, all pets must be crated overnight and crated when left unattended for any amount of time. Please contact Guest Services to arrange pet crate rental if needed.
Your pet(s) must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. All waste must be picked up and disposed of. No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property.
The pet owner is responsible for all damages or injury caused by their pet during their stay.
If there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply. Common examples of non-compliance and corresponding penalty fees are listed below.
$70 Evidence of pet on bedding or furniture (excessive pet hair)
$150 Evidence of pet within a lodging that is not pet friendly or failure to add your pet to your reservation
$70-$500+ Damages to lodging, furnishings, equipment, etc that must undergo cleaning or replacement. (ex. chewed door frames, soiled bed sheets, excessive pet hair on bedding or furnishings). We realize that accidents happen so please contact Guest Services immediately if a situation arises and damages occur.
no smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside of any Timberroot property or in community spaces. Evidence of smoking/vaping or smoke/vapor damage or odor inside the property or cigarette damage/debris on the exterior of the property during your stay will result in a minimum $150 fine.
Smoking is permitted outside or on uncovered decks. Please ensure that windows and doors are closed so that the smoke/vapor does not enter the building. Cigarette butts should be fully extinguished and disposed of properly in exterior trash receptacles.
no parties or events unless scheduled with Guest Services
This rental may only be used for overnight lodging accommodations and may not be used for parties, conferences or events, unless specifically permitted by Timberroot management (event fees may apply, please contact Guest Services for details). Only Guests associated with the reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Failure to abide by this policy may result in additional fines and/or eviction from the property.
media/event use restriction
Timberroot accommodations may not be used or reproduced for, or as part of, any online listing, photographic production, television production, movie/film production, wedding event, party, or in any other way in which our property becomes a setting for amateur or professional use of producing, staging, or otherwise, without Timberroot’s express written consent.
fireplaces, fire pits, and grills
Fire pits, fireplaces, grills and other combustibles at their own risk. All grills, fire pits, and fires should be kept contained. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all fires are completely extinguished after use. Use of fire pits may be impacted by local burn bans.
pool, spa, & hot tub
Pools, spas, and hot tubs are used at your own risk. Children and any adults requiring supervision must be supervised by a responsible and able-bodied adult at all times. Guests should ensure that the spa is covered when not in use. Complete Hot tub, Pool, and Spa rules are posted at each facility. Guests are responsible for abiding by all posted rules and regulations.

Welcome Valley Village consists of 17 forested acres bordered by the Ocoee River. Guests have the use of beautiful landscaped trails and common areas.
Directly over the river is our spacious dock where guests can relax, swim, fish, and drop in tubes, SUP’s, and kayaks. The Riverside Pavilion is open to all guests except when reserved for private events.
pests
We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay. By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
outside wood
Only wood purchased from Timberroot may be burned in indoor fireplaces. You may purchase firewood by contacting Guest Services. Please note that there are no vendors on-site at Welcome Vaelly Village; firewood must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Guests may supply their own wood for the outdoor firepits. However, only firewood that is certified, heat-treated, and properly labeled may be brought into Welcome Valley Village. The state of Tennessee prohibits the use and transport of all out-of-state firewood unless it is certified, heat-treated, and properly labeled.
