For a quieter pace, Lookout Mountain Inn sleeps up to 58 in rooms, cottages, and apartments on Lookout Mountain, with breakfast included to make meal planning simple. Riverview Inn also serves breakfast, pairing historic boutique charm for up to 24 guests with a pool, two hot tubs, and a deck overlooking the Tennessee River. Yes. Our group bundles book several cabins or homes on the same property as one group. Wauhatchie Woodlands offers the Bryce & River Cabin Group (sleeps 8) and the Pool House Group (sleeps 28). Quail Run Farm offers Tiny Homes, Cabins, and Silo groups that sleep 14 to 18. For the inns and treehouses, our group team can reserve multiple rooms or treehouses together.

How many guests can Wauhatchie Woodlands hold?
Up to 155 guests across its cabins and homes when you book the entire property. The largest group bundle you can book online, the Pool House Group, sleeps 28.

How close are the group rentals to downtown Chattanooga?
Wauhatchie Woodlands and Riverview Inn are the closest, about 5 minutes away. Quail Run Farm, Lookout Mountain Inn, and both Treetop Hideaways locations are about 15 minutes out. The Ruby Falls treehouses are also a short walk from Ruby Falls itself.
