Yes! Each tiny home is pet friendly and allows up to two furry friends. Our pet fee is $35 and covers up to two (2) pets for the entirety for your stay. We do ask that they remain on leash as we have a farm dog that roams freely around the property.
Yes! While our tiny homes offer the most rustic charm on the farm, they also offer all modern comforts such as hot water, outlets, and a mini split unit that offers cooling and heat.
Each tiny home has one bathroom with a sink, toilet, mirror, and shower. Tiny Home 3 is the only bathroom with a tub rather than a stand up shower.
Tiny Homes 1 & 2 each feature a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and toaster. There is diningware as well as a limited supply of pots, pans, and cutting ware. Tiny Home 3 does offer a larger kitchen, with a full refridgerator and freezer, oven and stove, microwave, counter space, and stocked cabinets.
While there is not a washer and dryer in the tiny homes, guests are welcome to use the shared facility in front of the community field and to the left of the market.
No- each unit reflects the max capacity for each tiny home. Only two people can fit in Tiny Home 1 and four in Tiny Home 2. There is a loft with two beds and two bedrooms in Tiny Home 3, with some flexibility to share beds, although we do not allow more guests than physically allowed.
Not a problem at all! You can park your trailer or extra vehicle down at the large overflow gravel lot located in front of staff housing by the chain link fence.
Not a problem! There is ample room for them in our stable or horse pasture as well as unbridled access to our washing pen inside the barn. Please contact the farm directly at 423-933-3123 to go over boarding details.
We are located just 15 minutes from downtown, with interstate access just 5 minutes down the road. We are also situated right in Lookout Valley and are 10 minutes away from Lookout Mountain's Scenic Hwy. access road!
