Sunburst Falls is literally right next to Highway 215 and crosses under a gorgeous, curved 1930s stone bridge. The water flows through an arch in the bridge and plummets into some smaller falls below the bridge.

Parking & Access
Small gravel pull-off just past the bridge; upper view from the bridge. Use extreme caution crossing NC-215 (blind curves). Lower view is a brief scramble from the opposite side of the bridge.

Rocks are slick year-round; winter ice possible. Parkway approaches may close seasonally—confirm status before you go.
