Addison Farms Vineyard is a family-run vineyard and winery on a fourth-generation family farm. Established in 2009 with 600 Cabernet Sauvignon vines, the vineyard has expanded to 6 acres and now includes varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Petit Manseng, and the original Cabernet Sauvignon. They also source additional varieties like Barbera, Chambourcin, and Tempranillo from other North Carolina growers. The vineyard offers a welcoming environment for both full-tasting experiences and casual visits. While reservations for tours and guided tastings are recommended, walk-ins are usually accommodated. Visitors using rideshare services should pre-arrange their return trips due to the farm’s remote location.
