Welcome to the newest cabins on the farm, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Each cabin offers a full kitchen with updated appliances, making it easy to cook and gather after a day outdoors. Two queen bedrooms and a shared loft with twin beds comfortably sleep 6–8 guests, giving everyone space to relax. Step outside onto the wide front porch, complete with hammocks, chairs, and a private hot tub overlooking the mountains.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! All our cabins are pet friendly and allow up to two furry friends. Our pet fee is $35 and covers up to two (2) pets for the entirety for your stay. We do ask that they remain on leash as we have a farm dog that roams freely around the property.

Does the entire cabin have AC?
Yes! We have installed a mini split unit in each cabin for optimal guest comfort. The unit can be set on cool or heat and has adjustable fan and vane settings.

Is there just one master bedroom?
There is only one master bedroom with a door on the main floor. Their is another bedroom in the loft with another queen size bed, although there is no door for access to this room.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes! The kitchen comes with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, gas range and electric oven, combination Keurig coffee maker, microwave, knife block set, and kitchen and dining ware for cooking and serving. There is no central dining table except for the nook in front of the loft stairs and the living room table.

Is there a washer/dryer?
There is not a washer and dryer unit in the cabins. If you need access to laundry, there is a shared guest facility to the left of the market down the driveway in front of your cabins.

Are the hot tubs private?
Yes! Each cabins hot tub is only accessible by you. Each porch has a privacy wall closest to the hot tub for guest comfort.

Are these kid-friendly?
Absolutely! The loft upstairs is perfectly suited for two children. Each bed is a twin. The second bedroom upstairs is perfect for two smaller children to share or for any guest wanting their own space.

What if I have a trailer or vehicle in tow?
Not a problem at all! You can park your trailer or extra vehicle down at the large overflow gravel lot located in front of staff housing by the chain link fence.

Can I bring my horse?
We'd love if you did! There is ample room for them in our stable or horse pasture as well as unbridled access to our washing pen inside the barn. Please contact the farm directly at 423-933-3123 to go over boarding details.

How far are you from downtown?
We are located just 15 minutes from downtown, with interstate access just 5 minutes down the road. We are also situated right in Lookout Valley and are 10 minutes away from Lookout Mountain's Scenic Hwy. access road!

From pasture-raised eggs and grass-fed beef to house-cured bacon and seasonal specialties, every item we offer is produced with care on our land. Pre-order select farm-raised items to stock your fridge or fire up the grill for a true taste of Quail Run. It’s a fresh, local experience you can taste—without ever leaving the property.
