Position Overview
Timberroot is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the beauty and functionality of our six regional campuses. This role involves seasonal planting, mulching, lawn care, and general grounds maintenance, ensuring that our properties remain inviting and well-kept for our guests. You will work closely with the grounds lead, traveling between campuses throughout the week to complete assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal planting to enhance the landscape.
- Apply mulch and prepare planting beds to maintain a polished look.
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to keep grounds manicured.
- Conduct leaf collection and blowing during fall months.
- Maintain clean and safe outdoor spaces for guest enjoyment.
- Assist with ground preparation and repair for new properties.
Qualifications
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related outdoor labor preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow landscaping plans.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as mulch bags and equipment.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
