Position Overview

We are looking for Housekeeping & Laundry Specialists to ensure our cabins and vacation rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest readiness. This role is perfect for individuals who have strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all cabins and guest spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming, maintaining Timberroot’s high standards.
• Clean and prepare cabins for guest arrivals, including:
  • Changing linens and towels
  • Restocking toiletries and supplies
  • Ensuring all surfaces are dust-free and spotless
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Conduct regular equipment and amenity checks and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding linens, and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment and follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support the Cleaning Manager with additional departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including Sundays.
• Must be available to work between 10 AM and 4 PM for turnover cleanings.
• Background check required.
