The round architecture creates an easy, natural flow, while thoughtful touches like the stone fireplace, custom bunk beds, and warm wood details make this 775-square-foot retreat feel both spacious and inviting.

Guests are welcome to observe daily life on a regenerative farm while roaming the pastures and taking in the land. 

Farm Fresh Food
Guests have the opportunity to order and cook food raised right here on property. Pasture-raised eggs, grass-fed beef and house-cured bacon are offered with seasonal specialties. Let us stock your fridge by pre-ordering select items so you will be ready to fire up the grill upon arrival. It's a fresh, local experience you can taste.

Farm Tours 
If you want to see it all in action, we offer guided tours seasonally that show our sustainable practices, allow guests to meet the animals, and demonstrate how a farm's ecosystem can thrive naturally. These are casual, family friendly, and make the experience more than just an overnight stay.
 
The Scenic City
Quail Run Farm is located just outside Chattanooga, TN. You are also just a short drive from Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. The Silos give you access to both adventure and peace. This is the perfect basecamp for nature connected travelers.

Rental Agreement
Guests must sign our rental agreement to finalize their booking. A secure link will be provided immediately after your booking request.

Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all monies paid. Cancellations or no-shows within 7 days of check-in will be billed the entire reservation amount.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends! Up to 2 pets (under 50 lbs each) are allowed with a $35 per-stay fee, collected in advance. Please be sure to add your pets to your reservation.
During your stay:
Crating is required overnight and whenever pets are left alone (crates available for rent—just ask Guest Services).
Pets should remain off furniture and bedding.
Leashes are required outdoors, and please remember to clean up after your pets.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, aggressive pets are not permitted.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets. We realize that accidents happen, so please contact Guest Services immediately if an issue arises—we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Examples of fees for non-compliance:
$70 – Pets on bedding or furniture (excessive hair)
$150 – Unregistered pets or pets in non-pet-friendly lodging
$70–$500+ – Cleaning/repairs for damages (e.g., chewed fixtures, soiled bedding, excessive hair)

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted indoors at any Timberroot property or in shared community spaces. Evidence of smoking or related odors/damage inside the property—or cigarette damage/debris outside—will result in a minimum $150 fine.
Smoking is permitted outdoors or on uncovered decks. Please keep doors and windows closed so smoke/vapor does not enter the property, and dispose of cigarette butts fully extinguished in exterior trash bins.
Use of illegal substances (including marijuana where prohibited by law) is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in fines and/or eviction.

No Parties or Events
This rental may only be used for overnight lodging accommodations and may not be used for parties, conferences or events, unless specifically permitted by Timberroot management. Only Guests associated with the reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Failure to abide by this policy may result in additional fines and/or eviction from the property.

Media/Event Use Restriction
We encourage guests to take and share personal photos of their stay - your memories are always welcome here. But, for the comfort of all guests, any professional, commercial, or staged photography/videography (including weddings, films, brand shoots, or promotional productions) requires Timberroot’s written consent in advance.
To request approval, please contact our Marketing team at marketing@timberroot.com. Unauthorized commercial use may result in fines or eviction.

Fireplaces, Fire Pits, and Grills
Fire pits, fireplaces, grills and other combustibles at their own risk. All grills, fire pits, and fires should be kept contained. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all fires are completely extinguished after use.  Use of fire pits may be impacted by local burn bans.

Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub
Our pools, spas, and hot tubs are here for your enjoyment and are used at your own risk. For safety, children and anyone needing assistance must always be supervised by a capable adult. Please replace spa covers when not in use, and follow all posted rules and regulations at each facility.
