With fall finally here, it’s time to plan all of your seasonal, fun, family activities – harvests, festivals, apple picking, and tractor rides are just some of the things we look forward to this time of the year! With Ocoee being known for its beautiful outdoor scenery, it is the perfect place to experience the cool, crisp air and leaves changing color with the people you love. You and your family won’t want to miss this fall activity. Everyone likes celebrating the fall season in different ways, and if you enjoy navigating puzzling scenarios, this is the activity for you. Located at Ocoee Valley Farms is an 8-acre corn maze. On top of this large attraction, they have four other variations of mazes that cater to all levels of maze-goers. Whether you enjoy the thrill of a seemingly never-ending hunt for the end or a scavenger hunt embedded in a simple maze, this could be your new favorite fall activity. Besides its main attraction, this festival has a large pumpkin patch, great food, and a variety of other activities to choose from!

Enjoy the beauty of the changing seasons while spending quality time with your family at the Apple Valley Orchard. When you purchase your ticket, you can go for a tractor ride around the orchard while learning how they care for and produce their delicious apples. After the ride, hear their infamous “Johnny Appleseed Story” and go on a tour of the packing house and cider room to see how the orchard makes its cider from start to finish. The best part of it is at the end of the tour; you get to try their fresh apple cider to pair with a freshly picked apple, grown right on the Orchards grounds.

Morris Vineyards offers you a day of fruit-picking fun this fall. While they offer fruit picking year-round, they are known for their muscadines, which are only ready to be picked during this season. Muscadines are close to the grape, but this fruit is much sweeter and softer, making it a more enjoyable indulgence. While picking your fresh fruit, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Appalachian Mountains from any point in the vineyard. Fun Fact: Some of their muscadine vines date all the way back to 1965!

This annual event is held in the historic downtown Cleveland. With live music, food, children’s activities, and an arts and crafts show, this is the perfect place for a day of fun. You can experience the quaint but enjoyable nature of the town while having a blast with a variety of activities. This charitable event also donates all proceeds to non-profit organizations in the area. So, this event is perfect for you if you want to give back to the community while having a great time.

The MainStreet Cruise In brings together local car lovers with this year’s car shows. Ranging anywhere from classic to new car models, stop by to enjoy the diverse collection of vehicles. It is free to enter a car in the show, or to simply spectate so you have no reason not to check it out!

What better way to get in the spirit than a spooky parade on the water? Ocoee is known for its outdoor beauty, so it is fun to enjoy the breathtaking scenery while celebrating the fall season. Decorate your boat with your most creative decor, participate in the parade, or even come to watch. There will be good food and trick-or-treating, making it fun to be with friends and family while enjoying the unique fall festivities.

Note: If you are entering a boat in the parade, make sure to trailer it in the water no later than 4:45!
